Advanced Property Inspection, Inc., considers the walkthrough with the client as an extremely important part of the inspection process.

The walkthrough as well as the consultation to review the report, gives the client the opportunity to physically learn the systems of a home/property, and to visually recognize the present condition of each system.

This is information is important to the buyer when
1) negotiating the purchase price,
2) for budgeting for any replacement/repairs that might need to be made in the future, and
3) to give the buyer the opportunity to ask questions about system operations and maintenance scheduling.

We prefer to present the property inspection report to YOU in person; however, we do email reports whenever requested making ourselves available for telephone conferencing with the client
